The Caucus for Women`s Leadership, formerly the Kenya Women`s Political  Caucus will be meeting with the Minister for Gender and Children Affairs, Hon Esther Murugi Mathenge MP, to share a memorandum on the minimum reforms that the women of Kenya will accept in the draft constitution
